The Golfers Company was formed for the purpose of acquiring and operating interests in golf related companies, businesses and products. TGC is also in the process of identifying other golf opportunities, companies and developing new products and distribution services with the goal to become the leading golf brands conglomerate. Our business plan is to take advantage of our management’s prior experience and success. As of the date hereof, we have acquired or intend to acquire companies and/or assets and develop the business of the same in the following areas:
· Golf Products: Clubs (F2 Golf), Apparel (IonX Golf), Accessories, and Training products
· Golf Distribution Companies: Internet Retailing - “etailing”, Telesales, Fulfillment
· Golf Media: Media Consolidation, New Golf TV Media
· Golf Lifestyle: Travel, Golf Club/Country Club Management
